This assignment requires the creation of a new wiki page, just like you did for the Global Issues (2.16.2012), Shakers Summary (2.28.2012)  and Anderson High School (3.14.2012)  Ideal High School (3.16.2012) and 30 Days on the Reservation (3.22.2012)

As a we discussed in class every culture has patterns, traits, or institutions that are common to all human cultures worldwide. We applied these elements to life on the Navajo Reservation in conjunction with our viewing of 30 Days.   Please visit the link below and provide an example of the four elements below.

As a we discussed in class every culture has values , norms, folkways, mores, and taboos. 

 

Folkways (Based on the link identify some folkways of Javanese culture)

 

Laws (Complete an internet search and see if you can locate infromation on Javanese legal system or a specific Javanese law)


Task #4  Read the list  of American Values and choose FIVE of the values identified and link an image or news article that reflects the value.
